Refund Policy

The United Kingdom Returns:

We are happy when our customers are satisfied with their order and their purchase. If for any reason this did not work out, we accept returns & exchanges for all orders when claimed within 7 days of purchase. Orders after 7 days will no longer be eligible for free returns.

When returning your item(s), please make sure to include a copy of your invoice and return form indicating the return type: refund, credit, or exchange. All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Once your package has been received, kindly allow 2-5 business days for our team to process your return request.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, we do not refund the shipping cost on any order, as those funds have been applied to the shipping cost and paid to our carriers.

International Returns:

We sincerely apologize that we are not able to offer free returns for International orders at this time.

If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S., please use your preferred courier service.
