Refund Policy

The United Kingdom Returns:

We are happy when our customers are satisfied with their order and their purchase. If for any reason this did not work out, we accept returns & exchanges for all orders when claimed within 14 days of purchase. Orders after 14 days will no longer be eligible for returns or exchange.

When returning your item(s), please email us before the 14th day indicating the return type: refund, or exchange. All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your package has been received, kindly allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your return request. 

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, we do not refund the shipping cost on any order, as those funds have been applied to the shipping cost and paid to our carriers.

We also ask our customers to obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to YOUSOOSHADY.

International Returns:

We sincerely apologize that we are not able to offer free returns for International orders at this time.

If you are sending back a return from outside the U.K., please use your preferred courier service.
