Shipping Info

All UK orders take approx 2-3 business working days Monday to Friday, except for UK bank holidays and public holidays. These are our rest days.

Delivery Of Service

All our delivery is handled by Royal Mail. Reliability is key, so we use the track and  signed for service.

For UK we offer 1st Class track and signed for at the current Royal Mail rate.

If you require next day delivery please order before 12 noon so the item can be shipped out on time. Please send an email in advance to us regarding this so we can work out the shipping cost.

International Shipping

All international shipping will be processed 2-3 working days Monday to Friday except for UK bank holidays and public holidays.

We do our very best to provide international track and sign. However, this may not be available in some countries but we will provide as much tracking information for you to receive your order.

International fees & Taxes

International orders may incur a Customs fee.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We advise that you check with your country's Customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

LOST/ STOLEN Packages:

When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are NOT responsible for incorrect address that do not get delivered properly. We are also NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, please ensure that your delivery address is safe and secure and/ or there is someone you trust at the destination when placing an order with us. Once delivery is confirmed with our Carrier Partners  the package is out of our hands.
